01 Acceptance of Terms

TA777PH reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on TA777PH. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• TA777PH will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

TA777PH may decline your registration at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on TA777PH are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). We support the following payment methods for deposits:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa / Mastercard bank cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. TA777PH does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

TA777PH reserves the right to refuse deposits or request additional verification before processing transactions, particularly for amounts that trigger anti-money laundering checks in accordance with Philippine law.

05 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued ID such as a PhilSys ID, passport, SSS card, or driver's license.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• In some cases, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to additional security checks.
• Withdrawals are subject to a maximum daily limit as stated in your account dashboard.

TA777PH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. If your withdrawal has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact our 24/7 support team.

06 Betting Rules

TA777PH offers sports betting, live betting, esports, casino, and fishing game products. All bets placed on the platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after placement, except as permitted by specific in-play or cash-out rules.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds applied.
• TA777PH reserves the right to void bets that were placed after the start of an event, or where there is clear evidence of system error.
• In the event of a disputed result, TA777PH's decision — based on official results from the relevant sporting authority — is final.
• Minimum bet amounts may vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are subject to change at TA777PH's discretion.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

TA777PH regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

General bonus rules that apply platform-wide include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only once per household, device, or IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• TA777PH reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being closed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on TA777PH. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or any deceptive means to obtain funds or betting advantages.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account under any name, device, or identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of odds differences or promotional offers in a way that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate betting.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using TA777PH to conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or assisting a person under 21 years of age to access or use your TA777PH account.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

TA777PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reason to believe that a member has violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.

Upon account closure due to Terms violation:

• All pending bets may be voided at TA777PH's discretion.
• Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus abuse will be forfeited.
• Real money balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be returned following a completed review, at TA777PH's sole discretion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on TA777PH — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, text, software, odds data, and brand elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of TA777PH and its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any TA777PH content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Scraping, data harvesting, or mirroring of any part of the TA777PH platform is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

TA777PH provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from technical outages, maintenance periods, or connectivity issues beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, TA777PH shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds caused by human or technical error, where the error was rectified before settlement.
• Loss of data, account access, or funds due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms limits TA777PH's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Responsible Gaming

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, disputes will be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or a competent court in the Philippines.

TA777PH's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding, based on official results published by the relevant sporting body. Bet settlement complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event result.
